gfx: add coverage for more resource commands. (#2020)
* gfx: specify SubresourceRange for resource view creation.
* Add gfx method for `resolveResource`.
* Fix compile error.
* `copyTextureToBuffer` and `textureSubresourceBarrier`.
* Fix vulkan bug.
* Fix test cras;h.
