Optimize creation of memberDictionary (#1305)
* Improve performance of building members dictionary by adding when needed.
* Fix unbounded-array-of-array-syntax.slang, that DISABLE_TEST now uses up an index. Use IGNORE_TEST.
* Improve variable name.
Small improvements.
