Handle getEquivalentStructuredBuffer(castDynamicResource) in byte address legalization pass. (#8567)
This is crash that be triggered by providing custom
`getDescriptorFromHandle` and use it to return access a
ByteAddressBuffer from a bindless handle.
Closes #8355.
