File system refactor (#1611)
* #include an absolute path didn't work - because paths were taken to always be relative.
* WIP FileSystem refactor.
* Made loadFile load the file in binary mode.
* Fixed some comments.
Fixed typo in RelativePath - not used 'fixedPath'.
