Refactor `dmul(This, Differential)` to `dmul<T:Real>(T, Differential)` (#3029)

* Refactor `dmul(This, Differential)` to `dmul<T:Real>(T, Differential)`

 - Add AST synthesis support for generic containers
 - Refactor relevant tests

* Merge dmul synthesis with dadd and dzero, and disambiguate using an enum

* Fix trailing spaces
