[[vk::shader_record]] (#836)
* * Replaced ShaderRecordNVLayoutModifier with ShaderRecordAttribute
* Allowed attributed [[vk::shader_record] and [[shader_record]]
* Checking there is at most 1 ShaderRecord active
* Small typo fixes
* Slightly improve diagnostic.
Replace expected file.
