Encapsulate paging & text wrapping logic
Define proper interfaces for these things. Simplify osc_ctrl,
temporarily dropping support for emotes (they were broken anyway).
* Bugfix: Japanese no longer crashes transcribe.py, but it still doesn't
show up in the wxTextCtrl
