Add matcaps and rim lighting
* Add min brightness
* MainTex and BumpMap can be independently tiled
* Fix outlines
* Remove lightDirTS (unused)
* Normalize i.normal in pixel shader
* Elide unused AO when locked
* Wrap lines at 80 columns
