Implemented getNativeHandle() in Vulkan and D3D12; Added new unit test files for the aforementioned implementation * Added missing getNativeHandle() implementations to renderer-shared.cpp and CUDA * Finished new getNativeHandle() unit tests for ITextureResource and IBufferResource;
