Subject: Make ArrayExpressionType a DeclRefType and define its autodiff
 extension in stdlib. (#2615)

* Allow array parameters in forward diff.

* Use type canonicalization instead of coersion.

* Reimplement array type.

* Fix.

* Update test case.
