* Add a ASTBuilder to a Module
Only construct on valid ASTBuilder (was being called on nullptr on occassion)
* Add nodes to ASTBuilder.
* Compiles with RefPtr removed from AST node types.

Make ASTBuilder keep a ref on node types.
