* Various SPIRV fixes.

- Geometry shader support (WIP).
- Fix texture get dimension and load.
- Fold global GetElement(MakeArray/MakeVector) insts.
- Call spvopt to inline all functions.
- Translate OpImageSubscript.
- Emit struct member names and global variable names.
- Fix lowering of OpBitNot -&gt; OpNot, instead of OpBitReverse.
