Included changes:

* Update LTCGI includes
* Add toggle to force world lighting
  * Unity fucking sucks dick and balls and doesn't set LIGHTMAP_ON
    consistently
* Add some more sdfs for raymarching
* Add separate LTCGI lighting mode for avatar vs. world
